The Darling Spa

A luxurious 14 room day spa, including two 'state of the art'  Hammam chambers. 

Overview

We currently had a budget of 1.3mil and a 7 treatment room drawing, so I went to work on my vision with the information at hand, one week later I presented a 15 treatment room a combination of both wet and dry treatment rooms, 2 pre-rooms, manicure and pedicure suite, relaxation (chill-out lounge) and a retail/waiting room + tea room area and luxury reception desk, a state of the art Hammams, male and female facilities and a VIP suite with a spa bath and luxury dressing room, back of house a spa directors office, linen store-room and staff area. this off course meant we needed a bigger budget and more space within this new development. The budget was increased to 6mil and the extra space was acquired and the management team requested 2 Hammams to accommodate male and female areas, we were ready to put plans on paper.
